This is a supplement to the official rulebook. The following instructions are meant to teach the player how to use the digital UI (User Interface) for the video game version. It is very important that you also read the Official Rulebook to learn the actual Rules of the game. Once you are familiar with the rules, you will see that the digital version is just like playing on a tabletop, without having to shuffle or keep track of calculations. And with little buttons to simulate game actions, such as drawing a card, taking a card, Equipping a card, and running away from an enemy.

Choose your character. The IN-GAME Power Panel will detail their stats and Special Power.

Press Draw
Press Attack/Take to resolve the drawn card
Notice that Royal Hearts are equipped to the player. Press Attack/Take to resolve combat when an enemy is drawn.
Press Attack/Take to take a drawn ♦ Weapon into your Hand
Click the Mini Card (Your Hand) to Equip a ♦ Weapon
The Weapon is Equipped. Just make sure you have enough SK to use it or it will break. This guy doesn’t.
When your Hand is full, there is a scroll bar to cycle through your weapons.
Click the mini weapon to equip it.
There are scroll bars on the Power Panel, and the Log as well. Notice that the Player clicked the “Enter Tower” Button and the Phase Icon Changed.
You can equip higher Royal Hearts, and Equip the Ace of ♥ and ♦ while in the Tower. You cannot RUN in the Tower.
You MUST RUN from an Ace if you don’t possess the proper gear and skill level. You must have both ♥ ♦ Aces, and an SK of 14. This player must RUN.
This Player may Attack and WILL Defeat the Ace. Proper Gear and 14 SK.
Some Players have Special Powers. Some are Passive, but for those with Active Powers, The Power Panel is where to use them. The medic may click Stored Hearts to consume them.
The Netrunner can freely trade EP and HP back and forth.
Other characters rely on Activating their power and Rolling a D20. The log will detail the outcome. The Power Panel will detail how the power works.
If you choose to play with allies, their character card and stats will appear here.
